Each audit is tailored to the data provided by the customer and delivered as a one-time digital report.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely at the time of checkout. No recurring charges will be made. You agree to pay the full price as listed at the moment of purchase.

4. Delivery Timeline

Most reports are delivered within 3–5 working days of receiving your data. During high volume periods, this timeline may extend slightly. You will be notified if delays occur.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete data (e.g., correct social media links, login-free URLs).
• You agree not to resell, reproduce, or distribute the audit report without written consent from Insighto.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results such as sales, traffic, followers, or platform growth. The audit is an analysis tool to help guide future decisions — the impact depends on your actions.

7. Refunds & Consumer Rights

Due to the custom and digital nature of the service, refunds are not offered once the audit has been delivered. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
